Ford Motor Credit Company is seeking a highly skilled mainframe software engineer to join our Customer and Account Servicing team.
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in design, development, and maintenance of multiple critical business applications running on Z/OS platform. This position requires deep expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and Z/OS systems, with a strong emphasis on performance optimization, complex problem-solving and ensuring the reliability and scalability of high-volume transaction and batch processing systems. As a senior member of the team, you will not only contribute hands-on to key projects but also provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced developers, driving best practices and innovation within our mainframe environment.
