The Senior Supervisor, HR Shared Services is responsible for supervising administrative tasks, managing local teams of coordinators and assistants, and executing plans for day-to-day management of resources and timelines. The role oversees the administration of human resources functions, encompassing HRIS, compensation, benefits, staffing, and compliance with legal regulations, in a timely manner. The role applies research, information gathering, analytical and interpretation skills to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity to foster a compliant and ethical work environment. The role also contributes to the enhancement of HR processes and the successful execution of special projects, all while maintaining accurate employee information in the HR database. The role also maintains knowledge of legal requirements and statutory regulations affecting HR functions and proactively identifies areas for improvement to implement efficient solutions. Beyond the operational oversight, this role carries a significant strategic mandate to drive process optimization, lead digital transformation in compliance tracking, and act as a strategic advisor on legislative changes affecting Ford's Pan-India operations.
