Seat Plastics D&R
The Seat Plastics D&R is responsible for designing, developing, validating, and releasing interior seat plastic parts under his/her responsibility for the assigned programs, assuring the quality and integrity of the parts. The potential components include, but are not limited to, interior trim components such as ornamentation plastic and structural plastics. Our organization is always searching for new methodologies of the manufacturing process, new technology out in the world, disruptive innovations, and business models. That is one of the reasons the D&R will need to be specialized on plastic materials and new processes. To support our constant change, the engineer will need to work with different areas of the organization like Vehicle Operations, Craftmanship, Studio, Testing Engineers, application teams, CAD, Program teams, Purchasing, Human Factors and teams related to the cockpit of the car.
