Quality Engineer
We are seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to join the Ford Irapuato team supporting the ISC (Inverter module) manufacturing process. The ideal candidate is an electromechanical engineer with hands-on experience in electronic component manufacturing, robust knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), quality systems (PPAP/APQP), launch support, and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control practices. This role will own process quality for the ISC line, lead SPC implementation, support launches, manage calibration and measurement systems, and work with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure product and process conformance.
