As a PVT Engineer Ford Champ, you will be embedded within the Vehicle Assembly Plant, working alongside the production team and under the mentorship of experienced PVT Engineers. This unique position provides an immersive learning environment where you will gain practical experience in ensuring vehicle quality and resolving manufacturing challenges.

You will support the PVT Engineer in their responsibility as the 'first line of defense' for functional system quality. This involves learning to identify, analyze, and support the resolution of quality and manufacturing issues that arise during vehicle production. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about problem-solving, continuous improvement, and gaining a deep understanding of how engineering designs translate into finished vehicles on the assembly line.
