Be part of the team to deliver Industry Leading Quality on SUPERDUTY TRUCKS at Ford's Oakville Assembly Complex. For this position you will have primary responsibility for delivering Wind Noise, Road Noise, Air Leakage, and Squeak & Rattle and work with a team of other Ford PVT engineers at the plant.
The assembly plant is a dynamic and changing environment. This position offers the ability to directly impact and improve vehicle quality and improve customer satisfaction. This position and work is exciting, challenging, and most of all rewarding as you are part of the team delivering a great vehicle. Our PVT teams are located across the world at all of our assembly plants. You will join that community and have the ability to interface with other regions when faced with similar challenges. The position has a direct tie and interfaces directly to our global product development team located in Dearborn, MI.
