In this position...

1. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a highly dynamic environment, developing cutting edge powertrains which race around the world
2. Lead the design and development of advanced powertrain systems for high-stakes Ford Racing Motorsports programs, contributing directly to race applications and unique, high-performance demonstration vehicles
