Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Rotate through multiple engineering departments, tackling real-world challenges
• Design, develop, and validate automotive components using advanced CAD and simulation tools
• Apply structured problem-solving and continuous improvement techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions

What We're Looking For

• A Levels in Maths and STEM subjects (Grade B or above)
• GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science (Grade B / Level 6 or above)
• Passion for engineering, problem-solving, and innovation
