Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Learn machining, sheet metal fabrication, and electronic circuit basics
  • Rotate through engineering departments at our R&D centre
  • Work alongside skilled teams in prototype testing and development
  • Contribute to early concept design and vehicle launch preparation

Qualifications

Training & Qualifications

  • Course: Engineering Technician (Level 3) Provider: Skillnet Limited Includes: Level 2 & Level 3 Diplomas in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering End Point Assessment (EPA) Block release at college (first 18 months at CEME Training Centre, Rainham)
  • Assessment Centre timing

    Onsite at Dunton, Basildon – Week of 30 April 2026

    What We're Looking For

    • GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science (Grade C/4 or above)
    • Passion for engineering, problem-solving, and innovation
