Our behavioral health services are expanding, and we are looking to add another Patient Service Representative to the team! The position of Patient Service Representative is very important. It is the first voice a patient will hear, it is the first face a patient will see, and it is the first impression of the clinic that a patient will have. The right person for this role will understand that the way they conduct themself in this role is critical to the success of the clinic. Patient Service Representatives are friendly and outgoing - both in person and on the telephone.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week on average. Clinic hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Saturday. This position may be scheduled to work any of the days the clinic is open (Monday through Saturday - including holidays) and is scheduled to arrive 15 minutes prior to opening and scheduled to leave one hour after closing but may leave earlier if work is complete.
