✨ About The Role
- Lead large multi-engineer projects in dashboard or SDK development, focusing on improving infrastructure and tooling to make frontend developers more effective
- Balance business priorities, user experience, and technical sustainability in trade-offs when building Forage’s dashboard and SDK experiences
- Work closely with product manager to optimize Shopify app for better funnel conversion and with Sales team to launch new features based on contracts or user requirements
- Mentor teammates and others around frontend best practices, sharing technical vision and providing guidance to influence frontend development at Forage
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced frontend engineer with over 5 years of experience in building end-to-end user solutions and frontend infrastructure
- Proficient in Typescript and has demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring and driving multi-team projects to completion
- Skilled in leading large-scale projects in dashboard or SDK development, enhancing cross-browser testing, funnel optimization, and SDK distribution processes
- Collaborative team player who can work closely with product managers and Sales team to optimize Shopify app, launch new features, and improve frontend development
- Ability to balance business priorities with user experience and technical sustainability, influencing technical vision and fostering best practices in frontend development
