Manager, Partner Marketing

Foot Locker has an exciting opportunity in NYC (Hybrid) in our Marketing department. The Manager, Partner Marketing is responsible for developing integrated marketing plans for select accounts that build brand love and drive value for Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker and its brand partners. You will work in close collaboration with the Director Partner Marketing, FTL NA to develop and drive initiatives that drive customer demand and support overall objectives. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic, highly flexible, and driven individual who can excel under pressure and time constraints. Exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, with the ability to filter and prioritize campaigns and goals strategically are the keys to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual brand partner plan and goals; track/monitor to ensure Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker and Brand Partner sales targets are achieved.
  • Use your knowledge of the culture of basketball develop insight-led ideas, programs, and activations to support plans and drive demand.
  • Write program briefs to drive cross-functional execution; recap all programs using data noting learnings for future opportunities; manage programs end to end where needed.
  • Service this account tracking the product roadmap to ensure assets are received or developed to support omni needs and key moments have elevated support across the marketing portfolio.
  • Follow defined brand partner and E2E processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader Marketing function, Operations, Creative, Media, Product and Merchant teams.
  • Set campaign goals and KPIs and analyze and package program results and key takeaways.
  • Bring strong communication, organization and account management skills.
  • Support Partner Marketing Function as team evolves.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years marketing experience within multi-vendor retail environment or account management / agency experience.
  • Proven history of driving successful and measurable campaigns and programs.
  • Confident manager and problem-solver with ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to collaborate and inspire internal and external partnerships.
  • Passion for basketball and sneakers.

Benefits:

The annual base salary range is $75,000-$85,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
