Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator

Foot Locker - the OG of sneakers! We've turned 50 in 2024, and we're still kicking it as the ultimate footwear retailer. Join our Lifecycle marketing team, a vital part of Foot Locker EMEA's media crew. We're the digital wizards behind the scenes, making magic happen. You, the Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator, will be one of our key players for our email & app message campaigns. You'll be instrumental to deliver the best performing email & app message campaigns to millions of customers across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating and executing email & app messages weekly campaigns across European countries for Foot Locker Europe
  • Monitor and report on campaigns to measure open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate of campaigns
  • Identify optimizations on email & app messages and run A/B tests to measure effectiveness
  • Work closely with the rest of the Lifecycle marketing team to improve campaigns
  • Collaborate with the larger Media team to synchronize seasonal campaigns across different marketing channels
  • Support GTM & eCommerce business goals by featuring commercial priorities in email & app message campaigns
  • Work closely with the Content & Creative teams to brief assets needed for campaigns

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year in digital marketing, preferably in CRM or related domains
  • Previous experience in executing digital campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and email related KPIs
  • Passion in sneaker culture and up to date on latest sneaker trends
  • Analytical mind with an eye for detail
  • Fluent in English, any other European languages are an asset
