Team Leader - Outbound Operations (Night-shift)
Landing Drive Distribution Centre, Mangere, Auckland
Supply Chain – Transport / Permanent Full Time / On-site
As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in driving safety and operational excellence in the Outbound Operations team. You'll champion team engagement, support daily operations and foster a high-performing culture. You'll also:
- Support and uphold the Journey to Zero safety objectives, ensuring safety is embedded in all team activities.
- Plan and coordinate daily operations in collaboration with your manager.
- Lead team communication through regular meetings and one-on-one catch-ups.
- Support team development and performance through coaching and growth opportunities.
- Take a hands-on approach to leadership, actively working alongside your team.
- Manage performance and disciplinary matters effectively.
- Working hours are Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm to 6:30am

- Have working experience in a DC environment and in a leadership role

- Have the ability to be trusted to lead while making the best-informed decisions for both the business and your own wellbeing.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
