As the Enterprise Integration Services Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the integration backbone that powers our enterprise systems. This position blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring our integration platforms are robust, scalable, and aligned with our enterprise architecture vision. You'll lead a high-performing team, champion best-in-class engineering practices, and drive continuous improvement to support our business and technology goals. This is a role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of technology and people - someone who can inspire engineering excellence while delivering seamless integration solutions across complex enterprise landscapes. You'll be at the forefront of building the integration fabric that connects mission-critical systems across our enterprise.
