Position Overview

Folkes Home Services is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Manager to lead our heating and cooling division. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. You'll oversee daily HVAC operations, manage technicians, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support HVAC technicians in service, maintenance, and installation work
• Coordinate daily schedules, dispatching, and job assignments to maximize productivity
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members to promote skill development
• Monitor inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness and cost control
• Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to deliver seamless client experiences
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top HVAC talent
• Track performance metrics and implement process improvements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC service and installation, with leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong technical knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining high morale and accountability
• Familiarity with HVAC codes, EPA regulations, and safety protocols
• Valid driver's license and applicable HVAC certifications (EPA, NATE preferred)
