Sales Operations Analyst

We are building out our Sales Operations function and are looking for a high-performing Sales Operations Analyst to support our frontline sales teams.

This role will play a critical part in driving sales process excellence, CRM governance, reporting accuracy, and deal compliance. With a major CRM transformation agenda underway, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to change initiatives while supporting day-to-day commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support frontline sales teams in navigating sales processes and deal governance
• Manage and maintain CRM data integrity and system accuracy
• Drive CRM adoption and best practices across regions
• Support sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and performance dashboards
• Contribute to CRM transformation and process improvement initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enable smooth commercial execution

Experience Required

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (mandatory)
• Experience supporting CRM implementation or transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Process-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or similar roles
• Background in Technology or Financial Services preferred
