We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team as part of our Content Studio function. The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for his/her assigned clients, maintaining and expanding those relationships and driving the ongoing attainment of positive outcomes for Flywheel's strategic clients. The primary responsibility is to become the "trusted advisor" to the client, to make them successful with the products they have purchased, and to ensure they are realizing value from their investment in order to preserve and expand Flywheel's future revenue. You will build strong partnerships, and drive adoption of our products/solutions. A significant part of your role will be to serve as a client advocate, often functioning as a liaison between our customers and all internal Flywheel teams (e.g. Sales, Technical Support, Product Development, etc). You will ensure that needs and/or requirements considered critical to the success of these clients are communicated and managed throughout Flywheel.
Collaborate cross-functionally to shepherd clients through the onboarding process by providing clear guidance about next steps, maintaining open lines of communication, and connecting clients to the appropriate internal resources.
Manage client interactions in a manner that establishes credibility and trust as a business advisor.
Execute growth plans in assigned accounts to expand consumption of existing offerings and demand for new offerings.
Penetrate and grow existing enterprise clients at the VP/SVP level.
Identify opportunities within clients' ecommerce marketing and/or content strategy that can be improved via incremental investments in Flywheel products and services.
In collaboration with the assigned Account Director, drive all aspects of the sales cycle including proposals, scoping, pricing, contract negotiations, and renewals related to all up-sell opportunities.
Be a digital strategy consultant to predetermined Flywheel enterprise clients, including staying abreast of digital and content marketing best practices and applying this knowledge to assist your clients in meeting their marketing and content strategy goals.
In collaboration with the assigned Account Director, lead business review meetings and participate in other client meetings as required (including new business pitches).
Leverage past work and relationships to help clients identify new opportunities and increase revenue.
Be proactive about solving problems even if it is outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
Develop online marketing, content, and/or agile talent strategy for some of the world's biggest online retailers, publishers, CPGs and BPOs.
Work closely with Data and Content Specialists, Interns and other team members supporting the client account.
BA/BS or equivalent experience.
Experience selling and presenting to the VP/SVP/C levels in client organisations.
Experience managing sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
