✨ About The Role
- Provide technical support to FlutterFlow customers via email and chat, troubleshooting technical issues and answering questions on product features
- Update and maintain the online Knowledge Base by creating new help articles and updating existing ones
- Identify emerging issues and provide feedback to the engineering team on common feature requests, bugs, and technical issues
- Be a product expert and technical resource for FlutterFlow customers, helping them navigate the platform effectively
- Work remotely with a flexible schedule, offering a generous salary and equity package
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in Flutter and Dart with at least 2+ years of experience, and prior experience using FlutterFlow
- Strong technical background in engineering or computer science
- Customer-focused individual with prior experience in customer support or similar roles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on problem-solving and empathy
- Highly organized and able to prioritize competing priorities effectively
