- Responsible for shaping and nurturing company culture, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management processes
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage end-to-end recruitment process, and conduct regular employee surveys to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee employee onboarding process, conduct exit interviews, and analyze feedback to improve employee retention and satisfaction
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate employee records

- Experienced professional with 5+ years in people operations or HR roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communicator with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and provide guidance and support to team members
