Shift Schedule:
- 09:00–17:00
- 11:00–19:00
- 17:00–01:00
- 19:00–03:00
- Handle customer inquiries via digital service channels: inbound and outbound call center Chat, Email, Social Media
- Provide customers with the data regarding new and existing services/campaigns
- Register customer problems and requests correctly and accurately
- Verify any kind of information related to subscribers
- Follow a high-security level of customer data confidentiality
- Follow company standards in customer service
- Proper knowledge of the Company's products/services/promotions/standards
- Fluency in Armenian, good knowledge of Russian, and English will be considered a plus.
