Help secure and harden Fluidstack's digital and physical assets and other corporate infrastructure against outside (and insider) threats.

Help establish Fluidstack's Zero Trust strategy around identity and role based access control.

Conduct access and security reviews of all digital and physical assets.

Coordinate and execute security incident response processes and procedures.

Integrate Fluidstack's assets and logs into our EDR/MDR/SIEM.

Monitor and respond to alerts and incidents within Fluidstack's EDR/MDR/SIEM.

Build, maintain, and create security automations with a SOAR and/or IAC tooling.

Conduct regular vulnerability scanning and follow up with the appropriate staff to ensure that vulnerabilities are remediated.

Respond to internal customer security questions and requests.

Coordinate with internal customers to enforce security requirements and best practices.

Develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive security awareness and training programs for all staff.

Write documentation in line with our ISMS and end user facing security KB articles.

Work with GRC to help align corporate systems to Fluidstack Security policies.

Build and maintain Fluidstack's data loss prevention processes and procedures.

The role will focus on ensuring a secure and productive environment for all Fluidstack employees by concentrating on these key areas:

  • Digital and physical access control.
  • Security Awareness and Staff Training.
  • Incident Response, Vulnerability, and Threat Management.
  • Data loss prevention and data exfiltration.

7+ years of experience in Information Security.

Proven expertise with modern EDR / MDR / SIEM platforms.

Deep knowledge of Zero Trust principles and Identity Governance.

Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging security awareness content to a non-technical audience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage security projects independently.

  • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, Security+, GSEC, or equivalent.
  • Experience in a regulated or high-growth technology environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53 and FedRAMP.
  • Experience securing a mixed environment (macOS, Windows, Linux).
  • Scripting proficiency (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) to automate security tasks.

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
