Customer Service Representative

As an international company with more than 50 years of experience and more than 15.000 installed waterjet and abrasive waterjet systems Flow is the world leader in development, manufacture and sales of ultrahigh-pressure (UHP) waterjet technology.

We are looking for the following person in our Darmstadt-Eberstadt Office (Germany):

Main Tasks:

  • Serve as the primary contact person for our customers (by telephone, digitally, and in writing).
  • Conduct telephone and digital sales of spare and consumable parts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Handle order processing and prepare quotations for spare and consumable parts in close cooperation with the Flow Europe Team.
  • Execute telephone and digital campaigns/promotions.
  • Maintain master data (Microsoft Dynamics AX).
  • Manage complaint processing, including creating the necessary postings and credit notes.
  • Administer AM invoicing.
  • Provide back-office support for PM programs.

Your Profile:

  • Ability to work in a team and very good communication skills.
  • Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
  • Completed commercial training as an industrial clerk or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in the Aftermarket and/or Service sector with direct customer contact.
  • Profound experience in Active Sales/Direct Sales as well as with ERP and CRM systems (ideally with MS Dynamics AX).
  • Native or fluent German, fluent English (verbal and written), any other European language is a big plus.
  • Good, comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Customer and solution-oriented working style and flexible mindset.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills used to work in an international environment.
  • High quality standards and quality awareness.
