✨ About The Role
- The Head of Marketing will be responsible for building and managing cohesive activations to boost brand equity and drive pipeline and results for the GTM team
- This role will involve partnering with the CEO and reporting to the CRO, requiring a strategic thinker who can implement data-driven campaigns and manage a team
- The Head of Marketing will lead cohesive brand activation plans, including advertising, brand partnerships, and extensions into culture and entertainment
- Responsibilities also include managing the global marketing budget, network of freelancers, and PR partners, as well as attending conventions and conferences to prepare engaging displays and collateral
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced marketing professional with a minimum of 10 years in marketing, specifically focused on revenue generation and demand/lead generation
- Previous experience in high-growth tech startups during Seed, Series A, B, or C stages is essential
- Strong understanding of the Martech ecosystem and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven success in launching innovative campaigns and activations, with a startup/scale-up mentality
- Ability to mentor other marketers and lead cross-functional teams
