Support Services Reprographic Operator – Administration
This position will manage, direct, and perform the daily duties and activities of the Reprographics department which include high volume creation and printing of business documents, business cards, notepads, brochures, posters, and banners utilizing various types of programs and equipment, while providing needed support within all Support Services departments, as needed.

Review current work processes and Turnpike procedures for document conversion, formatting and quality control of electronic document images, make recommendations and implement image quality standards to ensures efficiencies, customer satisfaction, and meets the State's imaging requirements for document image conversion used for document control and retention. Manage, direct, and perform the daily duties and activities of the Reprographics department which includes high volume creation and printing of business documents, business cards, notepads, brochures, posters, and banners utilizing various types of programs and equipment. Process and complete large format printing requests using large format printing equipment. Prepare and transfer paper documents into electronic formatted media. Perform reprographic related finish job functions such as binding, cutting, folding, hole punching, spiral binding, scoring, perforating, laminating, booklet making, and document resizing. Perform quality assurance reviews by sampling and proofing all print work prior to, during and after the start of each print job request. Maintain all Business Center in a presentable manner fully stocked and ensuring all equipment remains operational and in ready to use condition. Maintain the department's SharePoint page for customer support and resources and for a repository of department information on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), meter reads, equipment inventory and break-fix records. Maintain updated content on all Business Center communication boards. Maintain conference room whiteboards and general room supplies in clean and ready to use condition. Manage and order supplies for all reprographic equipment ensuring ample supply of stock for each type of equipment remains in storage. Perform routine and general equipment management: replacing and inspecting equipment toner, staples, and other consumables, clean glass and exterior and interior of equipment and troubleshoot all equipment failures. Obtain, record, and report all equipment monthly meter reads. Pay all reprographic associated invoices. Provide needed support within all Support Services departments as needed which includes postal and mail services (process, distribute, deliver, inbound and outbound mail and packages, provide customers with mailing information, operates, and ensures all mailroom equipment is in good working order, deliver and pick-up mail from the Post Office. Guest Services (greet customers, answer the switchboard, issue visitor badges and manage motor pool vehicles), Records Management (pick up boxes from various locations, deliver boxes to an off-site facility). Perform quarterly and annual property inventory inspections and scanning of property decals working closely with the department's property coordinator to account for all department property. Create training protocols and train customers on the use of all walk-up Business Center equipment as needed for each equipment within each Business Center. Provide customer support and assistance within each Business Center as needed. Interacts and coordinates with outside equipment and supply vendors. Research and orders consumables when needed. Provides monthly department reports identifying meter read usage, quantities of job request completion, and consumables used along with cost details.
