This is a highly responsible professional role within the Economic Self-Sufficiency (ESS) Program, focused on driving Human Resources-related improvements within ESS Headquarters (HQ) program offices. Reporting to the Headquarters Director of Business Operations, the incumbent provides strategic Human Resources (HR) support by developing talent acquisition and recruitment strategies that align with the agency's mission and goals. This position requires building strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure effective sourcing strategies and timely execution of recruitment plans. Additionally, the role involves statewide travel to engage with regional contacts and participate in recruitment and hiring events. The incumbent may also be required to assist in Disaster Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (DSNAP) efforts during emergency situations as needed.
Salary: $47,500 minimum annual. Some travel required.
