Job Summary: This position in the Department of Revenue's Office of Workforce Management, located in Tallahassee, Florida, is responsible for a variety of activities related to recruitment and staffing, including: being a subject matter expert for the recruitment and selection process; reviewing and approving job advertisements; conducting in-depth reviews of hiring selection packages for approval; conducting Veterans' Preference documentation reviews; interpreting State Personnel System rules, Department policies and procedures related to recruitment and selection; responding to public records and personnel file requests; and providing guidance and direction to agency management, employees and the public.
Minimum Requirements: Currently employed with a State Personnel System agency or department. Experience in recruitment and hiring activities. Experience interpreting policies and procedures. Experience reviewing documents for compliance.
Preferences: Current Department of Revenue employee. Experience with the State Personnel System and/or Department of Revenue's recruitment and selection activities. Experience with an Applicant Tracking System and/or Case Management System. Records management experience.
Special Notes: This position is not eligible for telework. Salary: $49,000.00/ Annually.
