The Bureau of General Services is seeking an individual to work in a warehouse environment processing records. This position requires strong detailed oriented skills. Major duties will be working within a warehouse processing records. This position will serve as a back up to the mail room preparing, sorting, and shipping USPS, FedEx, and internal mail.

Performs other duties as required.

Minimum qualifications for this position include the following required entry level knowledge, skills and abilities: a valid driver's license is required. A High School diploma is required. Must be able to lift 35-pound boxes daily.

Preferred qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with 1-3 years' experience working in a warehouse environment. Experience working with a forklift, preferred. Knowledge of working with records/files. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Skilled in the use of personal computers, including a working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.

Licenses that have Corrective Lenses Restriction are acceptable, provided the driver wears corrective lenses while operating the vehicle.
