OPS DJJ OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - 80900545

This position will assist with contract management activities within the Bureau of Contract Management, Office of Program Accountability and Program Support. The duties of this position include, but are not limited to: input information into the Juvenile Justice Information System (JJIS), Program Monitoring and Management System (PMM), and Information Resource Request (IRR) system. Conducts on-boarding and transition activities for contracted providers. Conducts contract file reviews of Bureau contracts. Comply with Section 215.422, Florida Statutes, Prompt Payment Compliance Law for provider invoices. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledgeable in Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) policies and procedures, the continuum of care of services and systems. Skills include systems analysis, data collection and interpretation, focusing and deciphering complicated subject matter. Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing. Understanding and proficiency in computer technology and systems applications of Microsoft Office, and other functional software programs.

Ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets using formulas. Contracting experience. Experience reviewing fiscal source documentation. Experience conducting contract file reviews. A valid driver's license.
