The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) provides highway safety and security through excellence in service, education, and enforcement. Duties and Responsibilities: This position is authorized to develop, implement, monitor, evaluate, and administer policies and procedures for the Commercial Driver License and Third-Party Testing program. Authorized to develop and administer confidential investigative activities to enforce Chapter 322.56, Florida Statutes.
