This position requires extensive knowledge of state and federal foster care and adoptions (child welfare) policies, rules and regulations, national child welfare issues and initiatives, child welfare programs, and other State and local governmental, and public entities involved in the delivery of social/public assistance services. This position is responsible for coordinating the development, and implementation of the department's federal funding eligibility activities.

Education Requirements:
Associates degree or higher from an accredited college or university; equivalent experience will be considered.
Work Experience Requirements:
At minimum, three years' experience in child welfare with at least one year experience in federal eligibility/claiming determinations.
Software Proficiency:
Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) or similar state child welfare system
