Respond to inbound calls and emails regarding HR, benefits, payroll, and policy inquiries. Provide accurate and timely information on health insurance, retirement plans, COBRA, FMLA, and other benefit programs. Troubleshoot and resolve employee issues or escalate complex cases to Tier II or III support. Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday). Educate employees on self-service tools and HR processes. Document all interactions in case management systems. Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
