Job Skills / Requirements

Sunstates Security is hiring Full-Time Security Specialists in Miami. These positions are available on all shifts, including weekends. Candidates must possess an active Florida Class D Security License and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. A professional appearance and demeanor are essential, as you will frequently interact with clients, staff, and visitors. Candidates should be capable of managing high-stress, emergency, and fast-paced situations while remaining calm and composed with minimal supervision. The starting pay for these positions is $18 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements:

• Active Florida Class D Security License
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Prior military, law enforcement, or warehouse logistics
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
