Qualifications:

1. Graduation from a standard high school or equivalent.

2. Related experience working with large groups of children.

Physical Requirements:

Light

Light Work: Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 15 pounds of force as frequently as needed to move objects.

Reports To:

As assigned by Bay District Organizational Structure.

Supervises:

As assigned by Bay District Organizational Structure.

Performance Responsibilities:

1. Performs assigned responsibilities expeditiously and works harmoniously with students and staff.
2. Assists in maintaining control of students and knows where they are at all times.
3. Assists with clerical and/or office duties, as needed.
4. Reports discipline problems to the Recreation Specialist.
5. Assists with the planning and implementation of activities.
6. Assists with physical needs of students, when applicable.
7. Helps keep the school facilities neat and clean.
8. Maintains confidentiality regarding students and staff.
9. Observes established school philosophy, policies and regulations.
10. Assumes other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Terms of Employment:

1. Successful completion of State and Federal Background check is required for employment.

2. Twelve months. Paygrade as established by the School Board in Current Salary Schedule.
