Position Summary:

The Systems Support Technician provides frontline technical support for operational systems used in transportation environments. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting equipment such as handheld scanners, printers, and other technology tools. The technician works closely with operations teams to ensure systems are functioning effectively to support daily logistics and distribution activities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for systems including scanners, printers, mobile devices, and other operational technology.
• Respond to support requests from transportation personnel via ticketing system, phone, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and software used in transportation operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on technology equipment.
• Collaborate with operations teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures while working in transportation environments.
• Assist with deployment and configuration of new devices and systems.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• Experience Required Experience: 1-3 Years
