As a Surgical Services Aide at HCA, you will assist with the care of patients undergoing surgical procedures, focusing on non-clinical tasks to support the surgical team and ensure a safe and efficient environment. This includes transporting patients, preparing and cleaning operating rooms, stocking supplies, and maintaining equipment.

Key responsibilities include patient transport, operating room preparation, patient care support, environmental maintenance, supply management, specimen handling, communication and collaboration, and equipment management.

Skills and qualifications include physical stamina, attention to detail, communication skills, problem-solving skills, teamwork, knowledge of infection control, familiarity with surgical procedures, certification as a surgical assistant preferred, and basic life support certification within 30 days of start date.
