Our specialist, production support, retail work assignments for this role will vary over time as this job family may be assigned work from any area of retail operations that needs assistance as well as special projects where incumbents serve as subject matter experts reporting findings back to management. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The base pay is $14.50/hr. for this position.

What you'll do:

• Work assignments for this role will vary over time as this job family may be assigned work from any area of retail operations that needs assistance as well as special projects where incumbents serve as subject matter experts reporting findings back to management.
• Assignments may include and are not limited to:
• Complete verification requests or vendor orders, including but not limited to flood certificates, FHA/VA case numbers, FHA refi authorizations, CAIVRS, verification of current and/or previous employment, verification of income, current homeowners insurance documents and updates as needed, verification of mortgage/rent, tax transcripts, condo questionnaires, subordination requests, etc.
• Follow orders through to conclusion and provide consistent status updates through Conditions Comments or Notepad notes.
• Request Underwriter denials as requested by Processing Team.
• Complete Withdraw or Closed for Incomplete processing.
• Complete Adverse Action process and ensure letters are generated and sent to borrower in a timely manner.
• Assist with Notice of Incomplete letter processing.
• Assist with Change of Circumstance disclosure processing.
• Special projects.
• Manage Centralized Processing Support email in-box.
• Maintain highly confidential information in accordance with Company's policies concerning borrower's confidential information.
• Provide additional support to Processing and Sales teams as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

• Requires high level of organizational skills and ability to work on several tasks simultaneously.
• Constant contact with internal office staff.
• Strong skills in the routine use of office machines such as computer, copiers, fax machines.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to handle detailed assignments.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
