As a part of Lenovo Solutions and Services Group (SSG), the Services Solutions Architect will work as a member of the Offer Management team to guide the application, enhancement, and expansion of Lenovo Services. The role's primary objective is to simplify service selection and application with sales and customers, while providing continual feedback to Offer Managers on enhancements to the Services Portfolio in the area of Configuration and Deployment services. Our Configuration and Deployment services include, among other things, custom imaging, BIOS customization, asset tagging, post-manufacturing data migration, reimaging, and more. We're looking for a dynamic, technically skilled professional who can effectively influence outcomes, ensuring customer needs are met with the right services while minimizing the need for customization. This candidate must have strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with stakeholders at all levels with an effective, efficient and responsive style. They will further act as a technology-oriented Services specialist and evangelist, both internally and externally. They must be able to communicate complex value propositions often associated with Services Solutions and assist in impactful promotional messaging. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate daily with key stakeholders across multiple functional areas and business units within Lenovo. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of operational processes, and the ability to navigate business complexities to drive meaningful outcomes.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $145k - 185K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo's various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com.
