Join our Retail Systems Support team as a Software Engineer, providing top-tier production support for inventory, fresh production, scales, and mobile applications used in our retail stores. You'll work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve critical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary support contact for multiple Retail Systems applications
• Coordinate and manage business area incidents
• Escalate and follow up on critical production issues
• Participate in select development assignments
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and share updates
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years software engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience working in SQL and/or C#
• 2+ years of experience in incident triage and coordination
• 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working with SQL and/or C#
• Experience with incident management software, such as ServiceNow
• Experience with modern data analytics tools, such as Splunk
• Experience deploying solutions to DEV, TST, and Production environments
• Familiarity with mobile application administration tools, such as SOTI
• Experience working with SDLC methodologies

Potential Annual Pay with Bonus: 88,335 - 132,535

Year End Bonus: As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month's extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through the issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
