The OSCQ organization has an opportunity for a talented professional to join our team in a critical role as a Senior Supplier Assurance Engineer, focusing on Root Cause and Corrective Actions for both product design and processes. You will be involved in all aspects of identifying what is driving Delivery and Quality issues and recommending appropriate Corrective Actions. This role spans across a wide range of weapon systems, from tactical missiles to strategic defense products. You will review and analyze large quantities of data and identify systemic issues impacting supplier performance. You will partner with the Commodity & Program Supplier Assurance teams to gather human intelligence and understand critical areas of action to address systemic issues impacting multiple suppliers. You will also partner with Engineering and Supply Chain to improve Raytheon design requirements to advance manufacturing and quality capabilities of suppliers. You will initiate continuous and measurable design and process improvement of supplier hardware.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
