Essential Duties:

• Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group related opportunities with significant revenue potential
• Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity
• Achieve personal and team related revenue goals
• Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery
• Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience
• Provides service to our customers to grow the account on behalf of the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld

Education and/or Experience: A minimum 4-year degree from an accredited university in Hospitality or related major OR 4 years' experience in Hotel Sales at a hotel with 500 rooms or more. Hilton experience is a plus but not required. This position does require previous hotel experience and is eligible for a bonus program based on achieving set goals.
