Maintaining the access database and providing investigative data to the Loss Prevention Department. Providing customer service to facilities on access control related issues and providing central communication for security and calls for assistance.

Frequency of Pay: Weekly

Minimum Base Pay: $17.10

Maximum Base Pay: $23.75

Year End Bonus: To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week's pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks' pay.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel.
• Must be able to work a variable work schedule
• Must be able to read and write clearly and concisely
• Must be able to communicate verbally
• Must be able to analyze information and multi-task.
• Must be able to show enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work and a commitment to Publix and our Mission.

Preferred Qualifications:

• College level course work in criminal justice or other related studies
• One or more years of experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Access and Excel.
• Knowledge of basic security techniques
• First aid
