Internship Opportunity: Sales Strategy And Integration
The Sales Strategy & Integration team delivers lasting value for the Disney Experiences portfolio by leading the strategic business approach and executing project management and integration disciplines for the organization. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2026 - June 2026.
What you will do:
- Support sales channel distribution strategy projects through various phases including define, discover, and develop
- Assist with sales planning processes such as annual sales plans and long-term strategic plans
- Assist with ad hoc sales and commercial requests to address business needs
- Support integration efforts by assisting with project deliverables and presentations
- Develop and maintain project documentation utilizing project management principles and platforms
Required qualifications & skills:
- Ability to function effectively in a highly collaborative environment
- Exhibit curiosity to gain a comprehensive understanding of a business problem
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communications skill
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to handle information in a confidential manner
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to clearly communicate complex business problems or recommendations leveraging presentations
- Experience with project management software
- Passion for strategic projects focused on business growth
Education:
Senior year preferred, major or previous coursework in Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Product Management, Technology, Project Management, or related field.
Eligibility requirements & program information:
Candidates for this opportunity must meet all the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at the time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional information:
- Must be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
- The approximate dates of this internship are January 2026 - June 2026
- Fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 per week) for the duration of the internship and have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
- Transportation: Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
- Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, Florida area
- Limited housing opportunities may be available for Florida Based Professional Interns through American Campus Communities
The pay rate for this role in Orlando, Florida is $22.50 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
