Location: Lithia, FL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Hybrid after training)

What You'll Do:

• Be the Customer Champion: Understand customer needs and ensure every interaction exceeds expectations.
• Own the Order-to-Cash Process: Manage orders, pricing, complaints, and shipments with precision and care.
• Resolve Challenges Quickly: Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to keep customers happy.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, supply chain, and logistics to deliver seamless service.
• Drive Inside Sales: Support transactional customers with approved pricing and product knowledge.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a customer-facing role within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, or related fields.

Strong business acumen and ability to navigate commercial and supply chain processes.

Tech-savvy with troubleshooting skills for digital interactions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED

8 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree

5 years of experience.

Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, Business Objects (BOBJ), Visio.

Knowledge of Online Order Management and Track & Trace Technologies.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Lithia, FL.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $27.59 - $27.59/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
