Job Description Base Salary: 120k + bonuses
DAY TO DAY: We're looking for a Sales Manager who's excited to grow our business by building strong relationships with home improvement contractors. You'll own the whole sales process—from finding new opportunities to closing the deal. The ideal person has experience in SaaS or channel sales (especially in the home improvement space) and loves helping shape go-to-market plans for new products. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, building great client connections, and hitting big goals, this role gives you the chance to really make an impact.
Bonus/Pay Structure: This is a fully remote position, but must be local to somewhere in the Midwest - preferably FL or TX. Base salary- $120,000 per year, plus monthly commission of 30 BPS, with an additional guarantee of $10K per month for the first five months, OR whichever amount is higher in the first five months to help offset your ramp up period.
