Accounting Coordinator / Sales Administrator

Wesley Chapel Toyota, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, has an immediate opening for a Dealership Accounting Coordinator (DAC) / Sales Administrator in their Accounting Department. The DAC will work with department leads to process and ensure dealership transactions are completed in a timely manner and compliant.

Who Are We Looking For? This position requires knowledge of automotive accounting. Applicants must have experience handling the following:

• Audit car deals for accuracy and completeness utilizing the Deal Checklist
• Assist in reconciliation of cash sales accounting schedule
• Experience working with CDK
• Review and verify documents for New & Used retail car deals
• Track Key Performance Indicators: VBI Programs, Rebate and Incentive Trends, Service Loaners, Operational Controls
• DMV Functions: New and Used Car title and licensing, operational controls

Qualifications:

• Must have automotive dealership accounting experience.
• Retail sales and/or customer service experience.
• A critical thinker and effective time manager.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
