RN Nurse Manager Outpatient Surgery

We are seeking a RN Nurse Manager Outpatient Surgery with HCA Florida Kendall Hospital to promote growth and unlock possibilities. The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum 2 years of PACU, Endo/GI, Pre-Op and/or Same-Day Surgery clinical nursing experience in an acute care Hospital setting
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a full time Charge Nurse/Coordinator, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management in an acute care Hospital setting
