The Patient Flow Coordinator ensures high quality, patient-centered care by facilitating the throughput of patients within the Emergency Department. The Patient Flow Coordinator evaluates staffing matrix and patient volume patterns to identify optimal staffing schedules and ensure efficiency of resources. The Patient Flow Coordinator supports patient safety initiatives and quality improvement activities that promote the vision, mission, and values of the organization.

We are a teaching hospital in collaboration with UCF College of Medicine. Our hospital is conveniently and centrally located in the Heart of Kissimmee.
