As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, checking guests out of the hotel, and ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will:

• Greet guests and complete the registration process
• Assist guests with check-out
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of hotel information
• Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues
• Field guest complaints and conduct research for solutions
• Receive, input, retrieve, and relay messages to guests
