General Maintenance Engineering

We are seeking an entry level and reliable General Maintenance Engineering to join our overnight hotel operations team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe functioning of the property by responding to maintenance needs, covering shifts as required, and supporting overall facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide shift coverage as assigned - OVERNIGHT Shift
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify issues proactively and resolve them promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and equipment status.
• Respond quickly and professionally to work orders, guest requests, and safety concerns.

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting abilities in electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
